Leadership Program in Strategic Negotiations  

 

The ability to craft complex deals that have major implications for the organization’s future requires not only persuasive tactics at the negotiating table, but also a combination of analytical and interpersonal skills.

 

This unique three days practitioner-oriented program is designed to:

·  Develop a set of conceptual frameworks that should help participants better analyze negotiations.

·  Provide the opportunity to practice your power of communication and persuasion.

·  Experiment with a variety of negotiation tactics and strategies through participation in negotiation exercises.

This program is designed for senior executives who face especially challenging negotiations that require special skills. It is particularly valuable to executives from companies that are in the process of realigning corporate strategy, undertaking a sizeable deal, setting a major dispute, or juggling multiple constituencies.

 Upon completion of the Program, participants will acquire a certificate evidencing compliance and fulfillment of the program requirements.

Cost

Program fees are SFr 4’200.- per participant

The program fees covers tuition, case materials, accommodations and meals.

The meals will include: Royal Breakfast; Sublime Lunch; a coffee Break; and a Continental Diner at Hôtel de la Paix

No payment is necessary until you have been accepted into the program. After admission notification, you will receive an invoice via email; payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment is required prior to the program start date. We accept payment by bank wire transfer.
